  Acess Statement for Cripps Farm Caravan Park Ltd.
Introduction.
       We strive to ensure that all of our visitors can enjoy the facilities
       and surroundings of the park. Our aim is to help in anyway
       possible during your stay or planning your visit here to Cripps
       Farm. We currently offer the following services and facilities.
Pre-Arrival.
       Cripps Farm caters for Touring Caravans, Seasonal Pitches, and
       Tents. All are Static Caravans and Lodges are privately owned.
       Our Web-Site is available in large print by visiting

       Also  a brochure is available and we can post or Email it to you
       together with a copy of this acess statement if requires.
       Telephone inquires are also welcome.
Arrival and Car Parking Facilities.
       The reception is based at the Farmhouse. You can drive up to it
       and park outside on a level tarmac area.
       6 Car Parking bays are available in close proximity to the touring
       site. All facilities are clearly signposted.
Public Areas.
       Tarmac roads service all parts of the park with speed ramps and
       speed limits signposted. Entrance to and from park via a key-fob.
       There are benches provided around the park for sitting.
WC/Showers.
       Cripps Farm has a well serviced Toilet Block situated near the
       entrance to the park. The toilets are spacious with grab rails. The
       wash basins have hot and cold running water and hand driers.
       The two showers have level floors and a seating area one is
       equipped with grab rails. Both have metered coin boxes. Both the
       toilets and showers have a small step to enter, but a ramp can be
       provided on request.
Laundry Room.
       Level acess and one small step from car park 25meters away
       6 car parking bays.
       One front loading washing machine tokens available from the
       farmhouse.
      Tumble Dryer metered coin box. Washing basket with pegs and use
       of rotary drier on park. Hand washing sink with metered hot water
       via metered coin box
Outdoor Facilities.
       Recreation area is grassed with entrance gate and surrounding
       fencing.Park is well lite at night.
      There are two fishing lakes with ample fishing points 4 of which
       are tarmaced fishing stations. The lakes are well stocked with fish.
Touring Facilities.
       We have 4 hard standing pitches for touring caravans and a few
      grass pitches for tents level acess. The toilet and shower block
      is 25 meters from site with .Chemical disposal point. Electric hook
      ups. Waste bins accessible. Fire alarm procedures displayed.
Additional Information.
     The public telephone is situated outside the farmhouse by the back
     door. Local bus service at the end of the lane 1 mile.
    Train station at Highbridge 3 miles. Local taxis service the park.
