This picture shows a Pathfinder Sycamore 40/20 ft Lodge 
sited at Cripps Farm. The interior is bespoked and can
be chosen from a selection of designs viewed at the
factory. The Lodge comes with approximately 40sq  meters
of decking which is built out over the waters edge and
has its own private fishing area.
Timber clad single units are also available.

We also have 20 static caravans sited 
 overlooking a 1 acre well stocked 
 fishing lake.New vans have a 12 year
 lease plus 3 years if the caravan and
 pitch are kept in a good order. All units
 are sited on concrete bases and have
 water, mains gas, electric, sewage and
 some have telephone connections
 available, serviced by tarmaced road.
 These holiday homes are for holiday
 use only and sub letting is not allowed.

Due to one of our customers up grading to
a Lodge we have one static pitch available
against the lake for new caravan.and two
second hand vans available.
